1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Custom orders (personalized text or engraving) may not be eligible for return unless defective
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Email support@pricelessexpressionsllc.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective
3. Return Approval
Once approved, we will send return instructions. You must ship the item within 7 days of approval.
4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend insured/tracked shipping
- We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit
5. Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days
- Refund is issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are not refundable
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion
